Call for Talents: Join DOI250AA Events

The DOI250AA Event Planning Team is seeking talented individuals and service providers to help bring our events to life — from local community gatherings to national celebrations of America’s 250th anniversary.
We invite performers, speakers, panelists, and event service professionals to submit their information for consideration.
Who We’re Looking For
Selections are based on quality, relevance to the event theme, cost (volunteer vs paid), balance of cultural representation, and fit within the event agenda.
We welcome submissions for:
Performers: Musicians, dancers, actors, storytellers, cultural artists
Speakers & Panelists: Educators, professionals, community leaders, storytellers
Event Hosts & MCs: Emcees, moderators, cultural ambassadors
Event Services: DJs, lighting technicians, sound technicians, stage management support, event set-up & operations teams
Opportunities
National DOI250AA Events: We curate talent for major gatherings and commemorative programs.
Local Events: We also refer qualified talent to organizers in communities across the country.
All Event Sizes: From small community circles to large-scale festivals, your skills may be needed.
Paid vs. Volunteer Roles
This call is for paid talent and professional services. If you are interested in volunteering or offering your skills for free, please use our Volunteer Form instead.

Budget considerations (volunteer vs. paid)
Timeframe to prepare for the line-up
