Recent Work Highlight
Our Commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Repeal of the Chinese Exclusion Act (CRCEA80) shows how we preserve and share history through community stories. The bilingual compilation book captures reflections, lessons, and voices that help connect past struggles to today’s civic life.
Now in the Library of Congress
The English edition of the CRCEA80 book has been accepted into the Library of Congress (LCCN: 2025474484).
This is a meaningful milestone: the stories and contributions of our community are now part of the nation’s permanent historical record, accessible to scholars, educators, and the public.
It affirms the importance of documenting real experiences and ensures that Asian American voices are represented in the archives that tell America’s story.
This foundation guides our next major effort — the DOI250AA National Compilation Book — as we continue uplifting stories for America’s 250th year.
Our Purpose in Sharing
These resources are created to spark connection, encourage participation, and strengthen the sense of belonging we build together. Each toolkit links the larger vision of America250 with simple, local actions that help people understand one another, share their experiences, and contribute to the communities we call home.
As an Asian American–led initiative, our aim is not to speak only about ourselves, but to help our community — and our neighbors from every background — find common ground and show presence together.
